THE HERRINGBONE STUDIO
OUR STORY
The Herringbone Studio was born from the deep appreciation and affinity Charlotte and her husband share for the timeless herringbone pattern. This distinctive design, which adorns various spaces within their home, not only inspired the studio’s name but also reflects our core philosophy—unique beauty in structure and form inspired by nature.
At The Herringbone Studio, our passion is to bring you an exclusive collection of unique art, ceramics, home accessories, soft furnishings, and much more. We are dedicated to showcasing the extraordinary talents of both local and international artists, chosen for their distinctive creativity and the compelling stories behind their work. Our selection is a testament to our commitment to diversity and uniqueness in the art world.
Our ambition doesn’t stop here. We are on a journey to expand our artist portfolio and the range of products we offer. From ceramic art pieces, plates, and bowls to innovative fashion and clothing items, our goal is to curate a collection that not only captivates but also inspires our customers. We look for products that stand out for their quality, craftsmanship, and the stories they tell—items that embody the spirit of their creators and resonate with the lives of those who welcome them into their homes.
At The Herringbone Studio, we are about more than just selling products; we are about sharing stories. Each piece in our collection carries a narrative, a piece of the soul of its creator. We invite you to explore our studio, where every item tells a story, and discover something truly unique—just like the people who create them and those who bring them into their lives.
We believe that exceptional art and design should be accessible to everyone, not just a select few. It’s our mission to make special items, often perceived as beyond reach due to cost, accessible to a wider audience. We are not just a studio; we are a movement towards democratising beauty and craftsmanship in every home.
Environmental responsibility is at the heart of what we do. The Herringbone Studio is committed to minimizing our impact on the planet, actively striving to reduce our use of plastic and fossil-based products. We are continuously challenging ourselves to find sustainable and environmentally friendly alternatives, ensuring that our love for art does not come at the expense of our earth.
The Herringbone Studio, where art, creativity, and sustainability intersect to create a world of unique beauty and enduring stories.

At The Herringbone Studio we have “Art Cards”, canvas paintings or artworks (sculptures or other media) that are “one off’s”. This means that they won’t be scanned or recreated as they are, there will be variations of the same composition, but we will only create one of what you see so it’s truly meaningful when you give it to someone or hang it on a wall knowing that it’s the original.
If you see the logo above on a product you should know its the original piece made by The Herringbone Studio and its one of one.
We will also stock some items that are not made by The Herringbone Studio and we will clearly mark these by whom they are created by.
